ORDINANCE NO. 1974 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 16, 17 AND 18, CITY SLOCK 157, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EUGENE FORD AND WIFE, LETHA FORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWEI.LING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNAT- ING THE BOUNMRIFS OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), SO FS- TABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARTS, PARIS, TFXAS : Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hexeby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 16, 17 and 18, City Block 157, on property belonging to Eugene Ford and wife, Letha Ford, so as to include in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 16, 17 and 181 City Block 157, fronting 195 feet on South Main Street and 82 feet on Hearne Avenue. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
