<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TF.xAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
<br />TABLISHED By THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />MUI,TIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO, 2(MF-2) ON LOT 132
<br />CITY BLOCK 33-A, ON PROPERTY BEI,ONGING TO DICK WRIGHT, AND ON
<br />LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 33-A, ON PROPERTY BEI.ONGING TO E. A.
<br />LANDERS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIG-
<br />NATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRTCT (2F); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOL7IVDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRTCT NO. 2
<br />(MF-2 ) , SO FSTABLISHFD.
<br />BE IT ORI]AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TExAS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2), be, and the
<br />same is hereby established on Lot 13, City Block 33-A, on pro-
<br />perty belonging to Dick Wright, and on Lot 12, City Block 33-A,
<br />on property belonging to E. A. Landers, so as to include in
<br />such Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2), the here-
<br />inafter described property, which was -b rmerly and is presently
<br />designated as a Two Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the
<br />boundaries of the said Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2
<br />(MF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />FIRST TRACT: Situated within the corporate limits of
<br />the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a
<br />lot fronting 160 feet on East Price Street and 89 feet
<br />on 13th Street, N. E., and being Lot 13, City $lock
<br />33-A, and being a tract of land belonging to Dick
<br />Wri ght .
<br />S DCOND TRACT: Situated within the corporate limits of
<br />the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a
<br />lot fronting 120 feet on East Price Street and being
<br />Lot 12, City Block 33-A, and being a tract of land be-
<br />longing to E. A. Landers.
<br />Section 2, That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Or dinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
