ORDINANCE NO. 1982 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY Ota PARIS, PARIS, TFXEIS, AND CHE-LNGING 1g3E BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MA.P OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C ) ON LOT 11 BLOCK 1, WARREN ADDITION, ON PROPERTY-.BELONGING TO E. G. HARDy, D/B/A HARDY OIL COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TF,FZRITORY -FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI S, PARIS, TFX1S : Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 1, Block 1, Warren Addition, on property belonging to E. G. Hardy, d/b/a Hardy Oil Company, so as to include in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as aT,vo Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said Gommercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State o.f Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and being Lot l, of the Warren Addition, said Addition being recorded in Vol. 70, Page 367, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning.at a point for corner at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; Thence West along the North Bound,ary Line of Bonham St. a distance of 83.4 ft. to a point for corner at the Southwest corner of said Lot l; Thence North a distance of 156 f't. to a stake at the Northwest corner of said Lot l; Thence Ea,st along the South Boundary Line of a Dedicated Al1ey a distance of 83.4 ft. to a stake at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; Thence South along the West Boundary Line of 17th N. W. a distance of 156 ft, to the place of beginning. Being Lot 1, Block 1, Warren Addition. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accorda,nce with the provisions of this ordinance.
