ORDINANCE NO. 1984 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 1 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 318, AND LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY SELONGING TO WAYNE A. HALEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THER EIN TERRITORY FORMEtLY DESIGNATED L3S AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) AND AN ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS : Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 1 and 4, City Block 318, and Lot 8, City Block 316, on property belonging to Wayne A. Haley, so as to include in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A) and an One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamax County, Texas, being all of Lots 1 and 41 City Block 318, lying adjacent to the North Boundary Line of Loop Highway No. 286 N. E., and all of Lot 8, City Block 316, except for that portion to be included in the additional Loop right of way to be acquired in conjunction with the Texas Highway Department's four-laning of Loop 286, being approxi- mately a 30 foot strip on the North Side of said Lot 8, City Block 316, lying adjacent to the present South right of way line of Loop 286. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
