BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TExAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the Citand that1a, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, General Retail District (GR), be, and the same is hereby es- tablished on Lot 4 and a Part of Lot 5, City Slock 249, on pro- perty belonging to Mrs. Lloyd Beal, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR) the hereinafter described pro- perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Tnro Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), be, and the same are hereby es- tablished as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey, and being a tract of land now owned by Mrs. Lloyd Beal. Beginning at a stake for coxner in the South Boundary Line of Lamar Ave., said point being 135 ft. East ofthe East Boundary Line of 24th S. E. Thence East along the South Boundary Line of Lamar Ave. a distance of 50 ft. to a stake for corner; Thence South a distance of 190 ft. to a stake for corner; Thence West a distance of 185 ft. to a stake for corner; Thence North along the East Boundary Line of 24th S. E. a distance of 25 ft. to a stake for corner, said point being 165 ft. South of the South Boundary Line of Lamar Ave.; Thence East a distance of 135 ft. to a stake for corner; Thence North a distance of 165 ft. to the place of beginning. Being Lot 4 and a Part of Lot 5, City Block 249. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. That the above described property shall be and is hereby placed in the Fire Limits of the City of Paris.
