ORDINANCE NO. 1996
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFxAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS ) ON THE EAST PORTION OF
<br />LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 299, BEING THAT PORTION OF SAID LOT NOT
<br />PRESENTLY ZONED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), AND ON
<br />ALL OF LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BE-
<br />LONGING TO MRS. GEORGE HENDERSON, J. M. WILLIAMS, C. G.
<br />THOMPSON, HOWARD HOLMFS AND EDWIN SANDERSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLTNG
<br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE
<br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO FSTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinaxlce No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby
<br />established on the east portion of Lot 2, City Block 299, being
<br />that portion of said lot not pr esently zoned as a Light
<br />Industrial District (LI), and on all of Lots l, 22 3 and 4,
<br />City Block 311, on property belongin g to Mrs. George Henderson,
<br />J. M. Williams, C. G. Thompson, Howard Holmes and Edwin
<br />Sanderson, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service
<br />District (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was
<br />formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said
<br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are hereby
<br />established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br />City of Paris, La.mar County, Texas, and being the
<br />east portion of Lot No. 2, City Block No. 299, and
<br />being that portion of said lot not presently zoned
<br />as a Light Industrial District (LI); all of Lots
<br />l, 2, 3 and 4, City Block 311, being adjacent to
<br />the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
