<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMLJNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
<br />ON A PART OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 328, FRONTING 200 FEET ON THE
<br />SOUTH SIDE OF BONHAM STREET, ON PROPERTY BEZ,ONGING TO LOUIS
<br />WOLENS, T. WALTER ERWIN, JR AND LONNIE S. BFASLEY, SO AS TO
<br />INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENEFZAL
<br />RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, AND A ONE-FAMILY DWEI.LING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE
<br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMML7NITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
<br />SO FSTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS~ TEXAS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development,
<br />be, and the same is hereby established on a Part o.f Lot 2,
<br />City Blocl< 328, fronting 200 feet on the South Side of Bonham
<br />Street, on property belonging to Lods Wolens, T. Walter Erwin,
<br />Jr. and Lonnie S. Beasley, so as to include in such Planned
<br />Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, the
<br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre-
<br />sently designated as a General Retail District (GR), Fire
<br />Limits, and a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and
<br />that the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD),
<br />Commu.nity Unit Development, be, and the same are hereby es-
<br />tablished as follows ;
<br />All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land,
<br />being 3.0 acres, situated in the Isaac_Cruise Survey,
<br />in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being
<br />a part of the 35.274 acre tract described in deed to
<br />Louis Wolens, T. Walter Erwin, Jr. and Lonnie S.
<br />Beasley, recorded in Volume 439, Page 325, Deed
<br />Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being described as
<br />follows :
<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake on South line of
<br />Bonham Street, at the Northwest corner of Westwood
<br />Baptist Church tract, being the Northeast corner of
<br />aforesaid 35.274 acre tract;
<br />THENCE S O 30' W 300 feet to an iron stake the
<br />Southwest corner of Westwood Baptist Church;
<br />THENCE N 89 30' E 180 feet to an iron stake for
