Prior to joining Hayter Engineering, Inc., Mr Jones served <br />as construction engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, resident engineer and District <br />Director of Transportation Planning and Development, totaling 36 years 5 months with the <br />Texas Department of Transportation. He later served with a Tyler, Texas consulting firm, <br />performing land surveying and similar projects. At Hayter Engineering, Inc. he is project <br />manager for all surveying projects, including land surveying, design surveys, construction <br />layout, title research, property description, utility locating and other surveying related <br />assignments.
