The MAC must approve deviations from the <br />fungal-biological hazard remediation procedure described. <br />12.0 POST REMEDIATION VERIFICATION CRITERIA <br />The project will be cleared by, 1) visual inspection, and 2) total bioaerosol analysis. <br />The post remedial visual inspection and sample collection will be conducted while <br />containments/critical barriers are in place and properly depressurized. The <br />containment(s) may not be removed or completely depressurized until final clearance <br />has been achieved and written, interim notice provided by the MAC to the MRC. <br />ii. The visual inspection criteria will consist of an evaluation of the remediation area to <br />determine if the remediation has been properly conducted in accordance with the <br />project specifications, applicable state regulations and the fungal growth, defined <br />biological-hazards, and extraneous debris within the work areas has been properly <br />removed. <br />Responsive ■ 12esourceful ■ Reliable 5 <br />MAC # 0107/11-10-12 <br />
