ORDINANCE NO, 1824 ,
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZON••
<br />ING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A SF-3 DISTRICT AT THE SOUTH
<br />WEST INTERSECTION OF WEST SHERMAN STREET AND 25TH STREET, S.W.,
<br />ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BILL R. BOSWELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT; AND DE.•
<br />SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SF»3 DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same
<br />are hereby changed, and that a SF..3 District be, and the same is
<br />hereby established at the South West intersection of West Sherman
<br />Street and 25th Street, S.W,, on property belonging to Bill R.
<br />Boswell, so as to include in such SFM3 District the hereinafter
<br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated
<br />as an Agricultural District, and that the boundaries of said SF.»3
<br />District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Faris,
<br />County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman
<br />Survey, and being a description of all of Isots 1, 2, and 3,
<br />and the East 92 feet of Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block "A", of the
<br />Porters Second Addition, said Addition being recorded in Book
<br />104, Page 482, of the Deed Records of said County and State,
<br />also being the same tract of land conveyed Bill R. Boswell by
<br />deed recorded in Vol, 434, Page 166, of said Deed Records.
<br />Beginning at a stake for corner at the intersection of
<br />the West Boundary Line of 25th S. W. with the South Boundary
<br />Line of Sherman St,, said point being the Northeast corner of
<br />said Lot 1 and said Boswell tract of land.
<br />Thence South along the West Boundary I.ine of 25th S,W„ a
<br />distance of 150 feet to a stake for corner at the Southeast
<br />corner of said Lot 3 and said Boswell tract of land;
<br />Thence West a distance of 250 feet to a stake for corner
<br />in the South Boundary Line of said Lot 14, said point being
<br />the Southwest corner of said Boswell tract of land;
<br />Thence North a distance of 150 feet to a stake for corh
<br />ner in the South Boundary Line of Sherman Street, said point
<br />being 50 feet East of the East Boundary Line of 26th S.W.,
<br />said point for corner being the Northwest corner of said
<br />Boswell tract of land;
<br />Thence East along the South Boundary Line of Sherman St.
<br />a distance of 250 feet to the place of beginning and contain.
<br />ing 0,86 acres of land.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be,
<br />and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of
<br />Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710
<br />and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with
<br />the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are::hereby expressly repealeda
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage,
