ORDINANCE NO. 1826 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS) TEXASI AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONM <br />ING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT AT <br />THE SOUTH-EAST INTERSECTION OF BONHAM STREET AND LOOP HIGHWAY NG. <br />286, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LOUIS W0LENS INVESTMENT COMPANY, <br />SO AS TO INCLUDE THEKEIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED, AND PLA.CING THE PROPERTY <br />HEREIN INVOLVED IN THE FIRE LIMITS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section lo That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same <br />are hereby changed, and that a General Retail Distict, be, and the <br />same is hereby established at the South East intersection of Bonham <br />Street and Loop Highway No. 286, on property belonging to Louis <br />Wolens Investment Company, so as to include in such General Retail <br />District the hereinafter described property, which wasformerly and <br />is presently designated as a Planned Development District, and that <br />the boundaries of said General Retail District, be, arY3 the same <br />are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas; <br />Beginning at a point in the South Boundary Line of <br />Bonham Street, said point also being the North West <br />Corner of a tract belonging to the Westwood Baptist Church; <br />Thence South 0 deg. 30 min, West 300 feet to a point <br />for corner, said point also being the South West Corner of <br />the Westwood Baptist Church property; <br />Thence South 89 deg, 30 min. [niest 770 feet, more or <br />less, to a point in the East Right of Way Line of Loop 286 <br />Southwest; <br />Thence North 6 deg. 30 min. East, along the East Right <br />of Way Line of Loop 286 Southwest, 140 feet, more or less, <br />to a Right of Way Marker for a corner; <br />Thence North 28 deg, East 179 feet to a Right of Way <br />Line Marker for a corner, said point also being in the <br />South Right of Way Line of Bonham Street; <br />Thence North 89 deg. 30 min. East, along the South <br />Right of Way Line of Bonham Street 675 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, <br />and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of <br />Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and <br />the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinarb:, e. <br />Section 3, That the above described property shall be and it <br />is hereby placed in the Fire Limits of the City of Paris. <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby repealed. <br />
