ORDINANCE NO. 1826 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS) TEXASI AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONM ING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT AT THE SOUTH-EAST INTERSECTION OF BONHAM STREET AND LOOP HIGHWAY NG. 286, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LOUIS W0LENS INVESTMENT COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEKEIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED, AND PLA.CING THE PROPERTY HEREIN INVOLVED IN THE FIRE LIMITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section lo That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail Distict, be, and the same is hereby established at the South East intersection of Bonham Street and Loop Highway No. 286, on property belonging to Louis Wolens Investment Company, so as to include in such General Retail District the hereinafter described property, which wasformerly and is presently designated as a Planned Development District, and that the boundaries of said General Retail District, be, arY3 the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas; Beginning at a point in the South Boundary Line of Bonham Street, said point also being the North West Corner of a tract belonging to the Westwood Baptist Church; Thence South 0 deg. 30 min, West 300 feet to a point for corner, said point also being the South West Corner of the Westwood Baptist Church property; Thence South 89 deg, 30 min. [niest 770 feet, more or less, to a point in the East Right of Way Line of Loop 286 Southwest; Thence North 6 deg. 30 min. East, along the East Right of Way Line of Loop 286 Southwest, 140 feet, more or less, to a Right of Way Marker for a corner; Thence North 28 deg, East 179 feet to a Right of Way Line Marker for a corner, said point also being in the South Right of Way Line of Bonham Street; Thence North 89 deg. 30 min. East, along the South Right of Way Line of Bonham Street 675 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinarb:, e. Section 3, That the above described property shall be and it is hereby placed in the Fire Limits of the City of Paris. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
