That the sum of $58,357000 is hereby appropriated out of the general debt service fund for the purpose of paying the interest due on general obligation bonds and time warrants, redeeming the serial bonds asthey mature, and creating a sinking fund therefor. Section 4. The sum of $290,621.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund for the purpose of paying the accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the waterand sewer revenue bonds, and creating the pre- scribed contingent and reserve funds therefor. Section 5. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealeda Section 6. This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris.
