ORDINANCE NO. 1831 AN ORDINA.NCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZON- ING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MFA1 DISTRICT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SOIVHAM STREET, IN THE 2100 BLOCK THEREOFI ON PROPERTY BE- LONGING TO THE C. E. REEVES ESTATE AND MRS. T. S. SMITH, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A SFM2 DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MF-l DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MF..1 District, be, and the same is hereby established on the South Side of Bonham Street, in the 2100 Block thereof, on property belonging to the C. E. Reeves Estate and Mrs. T. S. Smith, so as to include in such MF.»1 District the herein- after described property, which was fo rmerly and is presently desig- nated as a SF-2 District, and that the boundaries of the said MF»1 District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and being two lots as conveyed Clifford E. Reeves as recorded in Vol. 165, Page 321, and Vol. 205, Page 42, also being a lot conveyed Erma W. Smith as re» corded in Volo 247, Page 263, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line of Bonham St., said point being 100 f t, West of the West Boundary Line of 21st S. W., said point for corner being the Northeast corner of said Reeves lot as recorded in Vol. 205, Page 42, of said Deed Records. Thence West along the South Boundary Line of Bonham St. a distance of 217 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said Smith lot; Thence Southerly a distance of 165 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Southwest corner of said Smith lot; Thence East along the North Boundary Line of a 12 ft. Alley a distance of 213.5 ft. to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said Reeves lot as recorded in Vol. 205, Page 42, of said Deed Records; Thence Nort-herly a distance of 165 fto to the place of beginningo Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
