<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1756, SECTION 1, BY ELI^
<br />MINATING THE LAST ITEM OF WATER RATES, ALL OVER 4,000,000 AT $0.06
<br />PER 100 C.F., AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR, ALL OVER 1,000,000 AT $0.08
<br />PER 100 C.F.; AMENDING SECTION 6, FIXING A SEWER RA.TE, BY ELIMINAT-
<br />ING, ALL OVER 4,000,000 AT $0,03 PER 100 C.F., AND SUBSTITUTING
<br />THEREFOR, ALL OVER 1,000,000 AT $0.04 PER 100 C.F.; PROVIDING FOR
<br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
<br />SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section l. That Section 1 of Ordinance No, 1756, be, and the
<br />same is hereby amended as follows:
<br />Water rates for usexs furnished by the Cityof Paris are hereby
<br />fixed at the following rates per cubic foot per month for both do-
<br />mestic and commercial users as registered by the user's water meter:

<br />the cycle billing on September 1, 1967, and -,:hall be due ten (10)
<br />days from the billing date of each cycle thereafter.
<br />Section 3. That Section 6 of Ordinance No, 1756, be, and the
<br />same is hereby amended as follows:
<br />Sewer rates for users furnished by the City of Paris are hereby
<br />fixed at the following rates per cubic foot per month for both do•»
<br />mestic and commercial users, based on the water used by said user as
<br />registered by the user's water meter:
