ORDINANCE NO. 1842 0 <br />AN ORDINANCE EINIENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MA.P OF <br />SAID CTTY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT ON THE NORTH <br />SIDE OF EAST POLK STREET, IN THE 800 BLOCK THEREOF, ON PRQPERTY BE- <br />LO-NGING TO FRANCES MILLER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- <br />MERLY DESIGNATED AS A 2F DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br />THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are <br />hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service District, be, and the <br />same is hereby established on the North Side of East Polk Street, in <br />the 800 Block thereof,on proper.ty belonging to Frances Miller, so as <br />to include in such Neighborhood Service District the hereinafter de- <br />scribed property, which was fo rmerly and is presently designated as <br />a 2F District, and that the boundaries of the said Neighborhood Ser- <br />vice District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Paris, fronting 50 feet <br />on the North Side of East Polk Street, and extending 150 <br />feet deep, located at the address of 845 East Polk Street. <br />Being Lot 21 in Block 1 01" the Gibbons Park Addition to the <br />City of Paris. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, <br />and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of <br />Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and <br />the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br />provisions of this ordinanceo <br />Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become eff ective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />Passed an~ adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in <br />regular'session convened at Council Chambers on this the 9th day of <br />October, A.
