ORDINANCE NO. 1864 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PEIRIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO, 1(MF-1) AT THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF <br />CLEMENT ROAD AND LOOP 286, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TQ DIXIE HARLAN, <br />SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONEM <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA.» <br />RIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF»1) SO ES- <br />TABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS; <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofoxe established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple <br />Family Dwelling District No, 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby <br />established at the South East Corner of Clement Road and Loop 286, <br />on property belonging to Dixie Harlan, so as to include in such <br />Multiple Family Dwelling Distr.ict No, 1(MF_1) the hereinafter <br />described property, which was finnerly arr3 is presently designated <br />as a One»Family Dwelling Distxict No. 2(SF-2), and that the <br />boundaries of the said Multiple Family Dwelling District No, 1 <br />(MF••1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the <br />Reddin Russell Survey, and being a part of a 64,82 acre <br />tract of ]a nd ccnveyed Dixie Ann Payne Harlan as recorded <br />in Vol. 365, Page 195,,of the Deed Records of said County <br />and State. <br />Beginning at a post for corner in the East Bau ndary <br />Line of Stillhouse Road at the Southwest corner of said <br />64.82 acre tract of land. <br />Thence along the East Boundary Line of Stillhouse <br />Road as followso North 11 Deg, 30 Min. West a distance <br />of 21 ft. to a post for corner; North 37 Dega 30 Min. <br />East a distance of 610 f t. to a concrete marker for <br />corner in the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286; <br />Thence along the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway <br />286 as follows: North 79 Deg. 20 Min. East a distance of <br />144.8 ft. to a concrete marker; South 57 Deg, East a <br />distance of 1028 ft, to a concrete marker; South 45 Deg. <br />30 Min, East a distance of 102 ft. to a concrete marker; <br />South 57 Deg. East a distance of 120 f t, to a stake for <br />corner in the East Boundary Line of said 64,82 acre tract <br />o f 1 and ; <br />Thence South 25 Deg, 30 Min. West a distance of 252 ft. <br />to a stake for corner; <br />Thence South 11 Deg. West a distance of 400 f t. to a <br />stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said 64,82 <br />acre tract of land; <br />Thence North 60 Deg. West a distance of 1571 f t, to <br />the place of beginning and containing 22.49 acres of land. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, <br />and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of <br />Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No, 1710 <br />and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance <br />with the provisions of this oxdinance. <br />Sectio n 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage, <br />
