APFROVING AND ACCEPT« ING THE FINAL ESTIMATE OF COSTS AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS OF SUCH STREET IMFROVEMENTS AS FILED BY THE CONSULTANT ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF PARIS; FIXING THE CHARGES TO BE ASSESSED AGAINS.T THE A.BUTTING PROPERTY O[nTNERS AND THE CHARGES TO BE PAID SY THE CITY OF F'ARIS; .AND WITH THE INTENTIQN OF FIXING A CHARGE AND LIEN AGAINST THE REAL AND TRUE 04JNERS OF SAID PROPERTY AND AGAINST THE SAID PROP°ERTY ITSELF. TnTHERE4S, the City Council of the City of Paris, Faris, Texas, hereby finds and determines: 1. That the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has heretofo re by ordinance duly enacted on the lOth day of June, 1968, determined the necessity for and ordered the improvement of 33rd Street, S. E., Beginning at a point 81 f eet North of Lover's Lane's North Boundary Line's intersection with the West Boundary Line of 33rd Street, S. E. to a point 40 feet South of the intersection of the North Boundary Line of Audubon Road with the East Boundary Line of 33rd Street, S. E., in all a distance of approximately 1474 feet, by installation of an eight inch (811) rock base with two inch (211) asphalt sur- face or its equivalent, and according to the preli- minary plans and specifications prepared by the Consultant Engineer. 2. That a notice duly executed in the name of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, of the enactment of said above described ordinance has heretofore been filed with the County Clexlc of Lamar County, Texas, the County in which said City of Paris is situated. 3. That the City Council has caused the Consultant Engineer to prepare and file estimates of the costs of such improvements and estimates of the amounts per f ront foot to be assessed against the property abutting said street within the limits defined and the real and true owners thereof. BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section•1. The date fo r public hearing before the City Council of the abutting property owners on the above described property is hereby fixed at 7:00 o'clock P. M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on the 12th day of August, 1968, That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish in the Paris News, notice of the public hearing, three (3) times prior to said public hearing, the first o.f said notices to be published at least twenty•-one (21) days prior to the date of the public hearing, as required by law. Section 2. That the report to the City Council by the Consultant Engineer, consisting of the final estimate of costs to abutting pro- perty owners of $7.12 per front foot for the improvement, as hereto- fore approved, and the final construction plans, as filed by said
