Being a part of the Larkin Rattan Headright Survey and being 144 x 331 feet in Block No. 112 and more par- ticularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the SW corner of a lot or tract of land purchased by Mrso G. J. Brady from H.W. Lightfoot by deed dated lst day of September, 1897, and of record in Book 84, page 85, Lamar County Deed Kecords. RUNS Thence North with the East boundary line of Webb Street, now known as 12th Street S,E., 144 feet a stake; THENCE East 331 feet more or less a stake; THENCE South 144 feet a stake; THENCE West 331 feet more or less to place of beginning, being the same tract of land described in deed above referred to together with 24 f eet by 331 feet more or less of the South side of a lot or tract of land purchased by Mrs, G. J. Brady from H. W. Lightfoot and wife by deed dated April 23, 1901, and of record in Vol, 101, page 188 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provi sions of this ordinan ce, Section 3, That the-above described property shall be and is hereby placed in the Fire Limits of the City of Faris. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immeM diately upon passage, Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, 'Paris, Texas, on this the 14th day of October, 1968, Jes R.
