<br />AN ORDINA.NCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
<br />SECTION 2, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIME.S
<br />IN DESIGNATED PLACES, BY ADDING THERETO; BOTH SIDES OF 24TH
<br />STREET, S. E13 BETTnPEEN CLARKSVILLE AND POLK STREETS, AND BOTH
<br />SIDES OF 14TH STREET, S. E., BETW'EEN CLARKSVILLE AND EA,ST
<br />SHERMAN STREETS; FROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $3,00
<br />NOR MORE THAN $200,00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
<br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 23,
<br />1968.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISY
<br />PARI S , TEXAS :
<br />Section 1. That Ordinance Noo 1406, Article XXI, Section
<br />2, of the City of Faris, 1tParking Prohibited at All Times in
<br />Designated Places", be amended by adding thereto: Both Sides of
<br />24th Street, S. E., between C:Larksville and Polk Streets, and
<br />Both Sides of 14th Street, S. E,, between Clarksville and East
<br />Sherman Streets,
<br />Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a
<br />motor vehicle on the aforesaid portion of 24th Street, S, E, and
<br />14th Street, S. E. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
<br />conviction shall be f'ined a sum of' not less than Three ($3.00)
<br />Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
<br />Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinanc es in con.,
<br />flict herewith are hereby repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
<br />December 23, 1968,
