AN f?RDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINA,NCE Na, 1710 OF THE CITY OF :PARIS, PARIS3 TEXAS, AND CHANGING.THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING.MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTA.BI.ISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELL- ING DISTRICT NO, 3(SFM3) ON THE WEST SIDE OF 25TH STREET, S. W., ON FROPERTY BELONGING TO DONALD STONE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE»FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXA5: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One•»Family Dwelling District No, 3(SF«3), be, and the same is hereby established on the West Side of 25th Street, S. W., on property belonging to Donald Stone, so as to include in such One•»Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF»3) the hereinafter de. scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District, and that the boundaries of the sad One-Family Dwelling District No, 3(SF-3), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, a part of' the Asa Jarman Survey, and being the same tract of land conveyed Donald Stone by deed re.» corded in Volume 472, Page 10 of the Deed R'ecords of said County and State. Beginning at a stake for corner in the TnTest Boundary Line of 25th S. W., said point being 150 ft. South of the South Boundary Line of Brame Street, said point for corner being the Northeast corner of said Stone tract of land, Thence West 173,3 ft. to a stake at the Northwest corner of said Stone tract of land. Thence South a distance of 390 f't. to a stake for corner at the Southwest corner of said Stone tract of land. Thence East a distance of 173.3 ft. to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said Stone tract of land, said point being 126 ft. North of the North Boundary F.ine of the Old Bonham Road, Thence North a long the West Boundary Line of 25th S. W. a distance of 390 f t. to the place of beginning and containing 1.55 acres of land. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Faris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of F'aris in accordance W1tY1 the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con. flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage,
