ONEMWAY GOING <br />NORTH, FROM THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF GRAHAM STREET TO THE <br />SQUTH BOUNIDARY LINE OF WEST SHILQH STREET; PROV IDING FOR A FINE <br />OF NOTSEIN ~O NLICT HEREWITHREAND THAN PROVI0DING;FORP~NALEFFECTIVE - <br />DINL~.NCEDATE OF FEBRUARY 3, 1969. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF PA,RIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section lv That Ordinance No. 1406, A.rticle xXI, Section <br />1 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, LKOne»Way Streets", be <br />amended as follows: <br />That 18th Street, N. W. going North, from the North <br />Boundary Line of Graham Street to the South Baundary <br />Line of West Shiloh Street, be, and the same is <br />hereby made a one-way street, <br />Section 2. That any person found guilty of' operating a <br />motor vehicle the wrong way on the aforesaid portion of 18th <br />Street, N. W. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con- <br />viction shall be fined a sum of not less than Five ($5.00) <br />Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. <br />Section 3, All ordinances or pa rts of ordinances in <br />confli ct herewi. th are he reby repealed. <br />Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective on <br />February 3, 1969. <br />Passed and adopted this 20th day of January, 1969. <br />Ly- G.:i.... <br />J ~ s R.
