ORDINANGE NO. 1701 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OE THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN "E" COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT AT THE 50UTH EAST INTER5EC- TION OF GRAHAM 5TREET WITH 7TH STREET, N. W., ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EUGENE W. GOREE AND CECIL OWEN5, SO AS TO INCLUDE THFREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESI- DENTIAL DISTRICT; DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "E" COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT SO ESTABLI5HED; AND PLACING THE PROPERTY HEREIN INVOLVED IN THE FIRST FIRE LIMIT5. BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District, be, and the same is hereby established at the 5outh East intersection of Graham Street with 7th Street, N. W. , on property belonging to Eugene W. Goree and Cecil Owens, so as to include in such "E" Community Store District the here- inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "E" Community Store District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Lying and being situated in the County of Lamar, State of Texas; Part of the Larkin Rattan Survey within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, and being a part of the property conveyed to Cecil Owens and Eugene W. Goree by Fayette Reddell and wife by deed dated-September 23, 1963, of record in Book 405, Pages 379-80, Lamar County Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the E. B. line of 7th Street N.W. (formerly North Divisian Street) and the S. B. Line of Graham Street; THENCE South with the E. B. line of 7th Street N. W. 332. 5 feet; THENCE East 174 feet; THENCE North 310 feet to the S. B. Line of Graham Street; THENCE W est with the S. B. Line of Graham Street 175 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the Cityof Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. That the above described property shall be and it is hereby placed in the First Fire Limits of the City of Paris. Section 4, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby expressly repealed.
