<br />SECTION 4(d), REGULATED ALL-DAY METERED PARKING, BY DELETING

<br />ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 3(c), SUB-SECTION (3), AUTHORIZED LOADING
<br />ZONES, BY ESTABLISHINGA LOADING ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
<br />WEST PRICE STREET AT THE WEST END OF THE LAST METERED PARK-
<br />ING 5PACE WEST OF 1ST STREET, N. W. ; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
<br />IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />TEXAS:
<br />Section l, That Ordinance No. 1406, and subsequent amendments there-
<br />to, Article XXI, Section 4(c), "60 Minute Metered Parking be, and the same
<br />is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the first two metered parking spaces
<br />on the West Side of lst Street, N. W. , and North of West Houston Street, and
<br />by deleting therefrom the first two metered parking spaces on the East Side of
<br />3rd Street, N. W. and immediately North of W est Houston Street.
<br />Section 2, That Ordinance No. 1406, and subsequent amendments there-
<br />to, Article XXI, Section 4(d), "Regulated All-Day Metered_Parking", be
<br />amended by deleting therefrom the first three metered all-day parking spaces
<br />on the East Side of 2nd Street, N. W. , North of West Houston Street, and by
<br />deleting therefrom the third metered parking space on the East 5ide of 3rd
<br />Street, N.W. and North of West Houston Street.
<br />Section 3. That Ordinance No. 1406, and subsequent amendments there-__
<br />to, Article XXI, Section 4(d), be amendedby adding thereto ten cent (10fl park-
<br />ing meters in the third and fourth double metered parking spaces West of lst
<br />Street, N.W. and on the South Side of West Price Street, and by addingthereto
<br />a double metered parking space in the first double meter space East of 3rd
<br />Street, N. W. and on the South Side of West Price Street, and by adding thereto
<br />the first double metered parking space immediately South of West Price Street
<br />and on the E, B. Line of 3rd Street, N. W.
<br />Section 4. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c), Sub-
<br />section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones be amended by establishing a loading
<br />zone on the South Side of West Price Street at the West end of the last metered
<br />parking space West of lst Street, N. W. and ex.tending West 40 feet.
