ORDINANCE NO. 1715 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF LOOP 286 AND SPUR HIGHWAY 1391 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TJ PETE HINDRAN D DI~ATEDLAS.ANIAGRICULTURAL TO INCLUDE THER EIN TERRITORY FORM DISTRICT9 AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DIS- TRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located at the inter- section of Loop 286 and Spur Highway 139, on property belonging to Pete Hindman and Russell A. Gifford, so as to include in such General Retail District the hereinafter described propertya which was formexly and is presently designated istricturbe,Dandrthe, and that the boundaries of said General Ret,ail D same are hereby established as follows: Situated withip the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey,and being a part of a 19.996 tract conveyed Russell Gifford and Herman Hindman, by deed r in Vol. 364, Page 503, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at a stalce for corner in the South Boundary Line of Spur Highway No. 139, said point being the Northwest corner of said tract of land. Thence North 89 Deg. 09 Min. East along the South Boundary Line of said Highway, a distance of 250.7 ft. to a concrete marker for corner; Thence South 76 Deg. 49 Min. East along said Highway, a distance of 103.1 ft. to a concrete marker for corner; Thence North89 Do9a said centeryofaa distance of, 75 f ditch; Thence South 5 Deg. 24 Min. West a distance of 139 ft. to a stake for corner in the center of a ditch; Thence South 30 Deg. 20 Min. West a distance of 213 ft. to a stake for corner in the North Boundary Line of Loop Highway No. 286, said point being in the center of a ditch; Thence in a 1V'orthwesterly direction along the North Boundary Line of said Highway, along a 1 Deg. curve to the right, a distance of 335.4 ft. tO 9 conrete the NorthrBoundary Thence North 57 Deg. O Line of said Highway, a distance of 26.3ft. to a stake for corner, said point being the Southwest corner of said 19.996 acre tract of land; Thence North 0 Deg. 51 Min. West a distance of 153.6 ft. to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 ard the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
