ORDINANCE NO. 1719 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF <br />SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MLTLTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING (MF-1) CLASSIFICA- <br />TION ON A TRACT OF LAND NORTH OF BONHAM STREET AND WEST OF 34TH <br />STREET, NW., FRONTING 210 FEET ON BONHAM STREET AND 299 FEET ON 34TH <br />STREET, N.W., AND 285 FEET ON MAPLE AVENUE, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />R. E. HICKMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THF.REIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br />AS A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING (SF-2) CLASSIFICATION; AlVD DESIGNATING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING (MF-1) CLASSIFICATION <br />SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Or3inances of the City of Paris, be, and the same ar2 <br />hereby changed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling (MF-1) classifi- <br />cation, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land <br />North of Bonham Street and West of 34th Street, N.W., fronting 210 <br />feet on Bonham Street and 299 fe2t on 34th Streta N.W., and 285 feet <br />on Maple Avenue, on property belonging to R.E. Hickman, so as to in- <br />clude in such Multiple Family Dwelling (MF-1) classification the <br />hereinafter describe3 property, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as a Single Family Dwelling (SF-2) classification, and <br />that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling (MF-1) classifi- <br />cation, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Being located West of 34th Street, N.W. and North of <br />Bonham Street, and being a portion of the acreage conveyed by <br />H. E. Morris and wife to R.E. Hickman. <br />Beginning at the North East Corner of Lot 9 in Block C of <br />the Westwood Addition to the City of Paris, at the intersection <br />o.f the S.B. Line of Maple Avenue and 34th Street, N.W.; <br />Thence West with the South Boundary Line of Maple Avenue <br />to the North East Corner of Lot 5 in Block C of the Westwood <br />Addition; <br />Thence South 130 feet to the South East Corner of Lot 5 in <br />Block C; <br />Thence West with the S.B. Line of Lot 5 in Block Cto the <br />E.B. Line of 6.70 acres heretofore zoned for commercial pur- <br />poses; <br />Thence South 309 feet to the North Boundary Line of Bonham <br />Street; <br />Thence East with the North Boundary Line o.f Bonham Street <br />210 feet, a stake, the Southern South East Corner of Morris <br />to Hickman tract; <br />Tizence North 140 feet to a stake in the S.B. Line o.f Lot 12 <br />in Block C of the Westwood Addition; <br />Tnence East 90 feet to the W.B. Line of 34th St.reet, N.W.; <br />Thence North with the E.B. Line of Lots 9, 101 lla and 12, <br />in Block C of the Westwood Addition to the North East Corner <br />of Lot 9 in Block C of the Westwood Addition, being the place <br />of beginning. The above field notes taken from Preliminary <br />Plat of Westwood Addition, approvecl by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission August 4a 1964. <br />And being mo.re particularly describe3 by metes an d bounds as <br />follows : <br />
