ORDINANCE NO. 1723 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A C014MERCIAL DISTRICT ON ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED NORTH Or LOOP HIGHWAY NO. 286 AND EAST OF THE PRESENT EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF A COiYMERCIAL AREA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 17109 ON PRO- PERTY BELONGING TO CLYDE FRY & ASSOCIATES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN SF-2 DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofo.re established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, bea and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District, be, an d the sarne is hereby established on a tract of land located North of Loop Highway No. 286 and East of the p.resezit East Boundary Line of a Co.-nmercial area under Or3inance No. 1710, on property belonging to Clyde Fry & Assoriatesa so as to include in such Coinmercial District the herein- after described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as an SF-2 District, and that the boundaries of said Commercial District, bea an d the same are hereby established as follows: On All of the property heretofore zoned by Ordinance No. 1710 for Clyde Fry & Associates, except that portion within the 600 foot area East of the E. B. Line of Highway 271; and Beginning at the Sauth East Corner of the Clyde Fry tract, bei:ng the South West Corner of a tract recently sold to the L. P. McCu.istion Memorial Hospital; Thence North 400 feet to a propose3 .future street; Thence North West 368 feet, a stake; Thence South and West continuing on West to the East Boundary Line of the present coinmercial zone3 area; Thence South with the E.B. Line of the presezz-t commercial ar2a to a stake in the N.B. Line of Loop Highway No. 286; Thence East with the N.'B. Line of said Loop Highway to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, bea an d he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the :,ity of Paris, in accor3ance with the provisio:ns of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accoLmpanying the samAa and in accor3ance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This or3inance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
