M. A. WALKER, SO .AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TE-RRITORY FORMERLY <br />DESIGNATE.D AS A MULTIPi.E H AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. i; AND DE- <br />SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIE5 OF THE PARKING DTSTRICT SO ESTABLISHED, <br />BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ti-iE CITY OF PARIS, TEKAS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and <br />Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Parking District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located <br />on the South Side of Lamar Avenue, immediatdy East of the Lamar Avenue Medical <br />Clinic, on property belonging to D-:. M. A. Walker, so as to include in such Park- <br />ing District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is present- <br />ly designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1, and that the boundaries <br />of said Parking District, be, and the sama are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas; <br />A part of the Larkin Rattan Survey and of Lots Three (3) and Four <br />(4) in Block One (l) of the Randell Addition to the City of Paris, accord- <br />ing to map or plat of such addition recorded in Book 101, Page 128, <br />Lamar County Deed Records, described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the SB line of Lamar Avenue at the NE <br />corner of a lot conveyed by C. I. Broad to E,, H. Mr_'Glasson on <br />December 26, 1908 by deed recorded in Book 123, Page 536, Lamar <br />County Deed Records; <br />THENCE West 63 feet to a lot formerly owned by C. A. Fall; <br />THENCE South 132. 5 feet; <br />THENCE East 63 feet; <br />THENCE North 132.5 feet to the place of beginning; and being the <br />same property conveyed by Charles R. Breeden and wife, Louise E, <br />Breeden, to Richard H. Price and wzfe, Minnie Bess Price, on July <br />163 1946 by deed recorded in Book 292, Page 289, Lamar County Deed <br />Records. <br />Being Lot 2 in City Block 104. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby <br />directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the <br />provisions of 0,-dinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br />and in aceordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby ex.pressly repealed. <br />Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council.-, of e City of Paris in regular session <br />convened at Council C h.ambers on this the 12th a of July, A.D. , 1965, <br />G .
