BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located North of i.oop 286 and East of Highway 271, on property belonging to Clyde Fry & Associates, so as to include in such Commercial D;.strict the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Single Family Dwelling D;.strict No. 2, and that the boundariesof said Commercial Dis- trict, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Seginning at a stake on the E. B. Line of Highway 271 at the North edge of a tract of land belonging to Clyde Fry & Associates; Thence North East 467.4 feet; Thence East with the North Boundary Line of the tract, 1183 feet, a stake; Thence South 848 feet, a stake; Thence W est 1179, 8 feet; Thence North W est 779 feet to the place of beginning. SAVE AND EXCEPT 500 feet on the W est 5ide of the aforesaid tract wtlich is already zoned Commercial. Section 2. That the C.ity Engineer of the Cityof Paris, be, and he is hereby_. directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the pro- visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the sam,e, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
