That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning MzLp and Ordinances of the City of Paris, belis h ebyrest blished ont he So th that a Com~nercial District, be, and the am Binnion, Side of East Austin Street, on prflP ~~e herle after descr b•ed pr~pertyo which was clude in such Com:mr.rcial Dtistrict formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District, and that the boundaries of said Commercial D; strict, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Tex.as, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey; and Beginning at a stake in the S. B. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of 0:-dinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance wi.th the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby ex.pressly repealed. 5ection 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage, Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the 13th day of 5eptember, A.
