BINNION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTR.ICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BaUNDARIES OF THE COM.-MERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLTSHE7. BE [T ORDAINED BY THE CITY CJUiVCiL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District, be, and the same is hereby established on 5th Street! S. E., on property belonging to Joe R. Binnion, so as to include in such Commercial D;.strict the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District, and that the boundaries of said Commercial District, bey and the same are hereby established as follows: Being all of Lots 3 and 4 and 54 feet off of the South Side of Lot No. 7 in the Finn Place Addition to the City of Paris, Texas. Section Z. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the pro- visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same., and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinancesin conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. Tnis ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage, Passed and adopted by the City Council of the Cityof Paris in regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the 13th day of Septemuer$ A.
