BINNION, 50 ,.~%S TO ?NCLjJDE 'THE?2.EiN TEt-2RITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED A,S A MULTiPILE FAMILY DWELLING DiSTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIE.S O.T' THE COVIMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED, BE 1T ORDAiNE7 BY TF3E CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,, TE KAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning M-<and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the samc; are hereby changed, and that a Commercial Districty be, and the same is hereby established on the South Side of East Austin Street, on property belonging to Joe R. Binnion, so as to in- clude in such Commercial District the hereinafter described propzrty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a M1.1tiple Family Dwelling District, and that the boundaries of said Commercial District, be, and the same are hereby es- tablished as follows: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey. Beginning at a point on the South Side of East Austin Street, same being the North East Corner of a lot sold to John Gray, which lot is now owned by Joe R. Binnion; Thence South with Grayss E. B. Line, 200 feet a stake; Thence East 94 feet to an open alley; Thence North wi.th the W. B. Line of said alley, 200 feet to the South Boundary Line of East Austin Street; Thence West with the S. B. Line of East Austin Street, 94 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning MZLp of the City of Paris, in accordance with thepro- visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewi.th are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
