ORD~NAN~,E NOy 1752 . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORD?N~ANCE NO, 1406, THE TRAF'FIG <br />i.,07E; BY AMFNDING ARTiCLE XXi, SECTION 22 "PARK=ING PROHIBITED <br />AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES"; FIXiNG AN EFr ECTIVE DATE; <br />AND PROVIDING FOR .A P'c.NALTY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O'T THE C=Y OF <br />;.'ARIS, TEX.AS: <br />5ection 1. That Qrdinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, <br />"Parking Prohibited at All Tzmes in Designated Places", be, andthe same is <br />hereby amended by prohibiting the parking of any motor vehicles or any kind <br />of vehicles upon the following streets: <br />(a) On the North Side of Graham Street, from the W. B. <br />Line of 4th Street, N. W. to the E. B. Line of 13th <br />5tr e et, N. W. <br />(b) On the North Side of Fort 5'creet, from the E. B. Line <br />of 6th Street, S. E. to the W. B. Line of 8th Street, <br />S. E, <br />Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective onthe lst day of <br />November, A. D,, 1965. <br />5ection 4. That all persons convicted of parking or standing <br />motor vehicles or other vehicles at any time in any of the above prohibited <br />places shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than One ($1.00) <br />Dollar or more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. <br />Passed and adopted this l lth da~f tober, A.
