Approving and authorizing the execution of Modification Number One to Cooperative Agreement No. ATC010161 for the Gang Resistance Education and Training (G.R.E.A.T.) Program Grant, extending the period of performance from July 31, 2001, to January 15, 2002, and providing additional in the amount of $26,994.00. Amending the Parks and Recreation Masterplan. Authorizing an application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for a Texas Recreation and Parks Account (TRPA) Grant for the Paris Sports Complex Project in the amount of $500,000.00, with $500,000.00 cash contribution to be provided by the City of Paris. Exercising the City's option to terminate in part that lease by and between the City of Paris and Red River Valley Fair Association, Inc. to designate property at the fair grounds as the site of the new animal shelter.
