IlVSTRUCTING THE CITY ASSESSOR AND <br />COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO L]ST ALL PR.OPERTY THEREIN AND PLACE <br />SAME ON THE TAX ROLL" OF THE CITY OF PARIS AND TO HEREAFTER. <br />ASSESS SAME FOR TAXES IlV ACCORDANCE WITH LAW. <br />BE IT ORDAIlVED BY THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR13: <br />:section 1. That the following described territory in Lamar Gounty, <br />Texas, lying adjacent to the present boundary limits of the City of Paris, <br />be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Paris and admitted into <br />the corpo ration of said City, and is hereby made and constituted a part and <br />portion of the City of Paris, and the Boundary Limits of the City of Paris <br />a re he reby extend ed so as to include and embrace said territory and to con- <br />form to same as herein set out, to-wit: <br />Situated in the County of Lamar and ilta.te of Texas, and described <br />a s f ollow s: <br />Beginning at a point in the South Boundary Li.ne of West <br />Sherman Street, 350 feet East of the East Boundary Line of 19th <br />St. S. W. , said point being in the existing City Limits, <br />Thence South parallel to and 350 feet East of the East <br />Bounda ry Line of 19th St. S. W. a dista.nce of 2800 feet more <br />or less, to a point i.n the North Boundary Line of a tract of <br />land now owned by H. S. Reeder; <br />Thence West along the Reeder North Boundary Line a <br />d ista.nce of 343 feet more or less to a point in the West <br />Boundary Line of the said R.eede r tract; <br />Thence South along the Reeder West Boundar y Line a <br />dista,nce of 185 feet more or less to a point, said point being <br />perpendicular to and 200 feet Southeast of the Southeast <br />Boundary Line of 19th St. S. W., same being Farm to Market <br />Road No. 137; <br />Thence in a S outhwesterly direction parallel to and 200 <br />feet Southeast of the 5outheast Boundary Line of F. M. <br />Highway No. 137 a dista,nce of 1285 feet more or less, to a <br />poin t in the East Boundary Line of a 3 acre tract of land now <br />owned by the Babcock and Wilcox Company; <br />Thence South along the said B& W Eas t Boundary Line <br />a distance of 175 feet more or less, to a point in the North <br />Soundary Line of the Texas and Pacific Railroad; <br />
