AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAR IS , TEXAS, AND CHANG ING THE BOUNDAR IES ESTABL ISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SATD CI`I'Y; ESTABI,ISHING AN "H" COMMERCTAL DISTRICT OB1 THE SOTJTH SIDE OF EAST KAUFMAN STREET, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO IDEAL BAKING COMP_ANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE TrjEftEIN TERRITORY FOR- MERLY DES IGNATED AS A RES IDFNT TAL D ISTR ICT; DES IGNAT ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "H" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED; AND PLACING THE PROPERTY HERFIN INVOLVED IN THE FIlRST FIRE LIMITS. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE C ITY COUNC IL OF THE C ITY OF PAR IS : Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an "H" Commercial District, be, and the same is hereby established on the South Side of East Kaufm.an Street, on property belonging to Ideal Baking Company, so as to in- clude in such "H" Commercial District the hereinafter described territory, which was f ormerly and is presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "H" Commercial District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the t3ty of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and located in City Block 182. r3EG INNING a s take in the S e B. L. of Eas t Kau.f'man Street, 178 f'eet East of the E.B.L. of 3rd St.,S.E.; TILNCE S outh 107 . 2 f e et a s take ; THENCE East 131 feet a stake; T?-iENCE North 107.2 feet to the S.B. L. of East Kaufman Street; THENCE Zdest with the S.B.L. of East Kaufman Street 131 feet to the place of BEGINNING. Section 2. That tne City Blbineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is her.eby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. That al1 of tne above described property shall be and it is hereby placed in the First Pire Limits of the City of Paris. Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
