E., OV SO AS TO ING LUD E T HER EIN T ERRITQR Y FORMER LY DESIGNA T ED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT;A1 D DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIE5 OF THE "E" COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT SU ESTABLISHEDo BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF PARI5, TEXA5: 5ection lo That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District, be, and the same is hereby established at the intersection of the North Boundary Lineri f- Lamar Avenue and the East Boundary Line of 17th 5treet, N. oPro perty belonging to Harry S. Fry, so as to include in such "E" Community Store District the hereinafter described territory, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "E" Community Store District, be, and the same are hereby estab- lished as follows: 5ituated in Lamar County, Texas, a part of the George W. Cox 5urvey, in City Block 220, being a lot 72 1/2 feet x 150 fe4, at the inter section of the North Boundary Line of Lamar hIT enue and the East Boundary Line of 17th Street, N. E. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accord- ance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accord- ance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed, 5ection 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the lOth day of June, A. D, , 1963.
