ORDINANCE NO. 1663 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; E5TABLI5HING A"G" COMMERCIAL DI5TRICT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARKSVILLON PR.QPERTY BELONG- lOTH STREET, S. E. AND 12TH STREETp S. E, Q ING TO GLADYS GULLICK, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- MERLY DE5IGNATED AS AN "E" COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT; DESIG- ES- NATING THE BOUNDARIES a PROPERTOYMHEREIN NVOLVED INOTHE TABLI5HED; AND PLACING THE FIRST FIRE LIMITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF PARIS: Section 1, That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a G Commercial District, be, and the same is hereby established on the South Side of Clarksville 5treet, between lOth Street, S. E. and 12th 5treet, S. E„ on property belonging to Gladys Gullick, so as to in- clude in such "G" Commercial District the hereinafter described territory, which was formerly and is presently designated as an "E" Gommunity Store District, and that the boundaries °S follows•r, Commercial District, be, and said the same are hereby established a • A part of the Larkin Rattan 5urvey and situated on the South side of Clarksville Street. BEGINNING at the NW corner of lot bought by Mrs. T. J. Broad from B. Thielen st home t ad ,on 1914, Northns de the NE corner of J. of 6 inch curb along SB line of said street; THENCE with Biardts EB line 5outh 4 deg. W. 300 feet; THENCE East 80 feet; THENCE North 2 deg. E. 155 feet; THENC E No rth 7-1/2 deg.
