AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OR.DINANCES OF THE GITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN "H" ~ DI5TRICT ON THE W EST SIDE OF 19TH STREET, N. E., BETW EEN LAMAR AVENUE AND EAST PRICE 5TREETEIO TERR TORRY FORMERLY DES~IGON W. WAIR, SO AS TO INCLUDE THIIZ THE BOUNDARIES OF NATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT~ ABLI HED. THE "H" C4MMERCIAL DISTRICT SO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and tand theesame isrhereby changed, and that an H Commercial District, be, between Lamar Avenu.e established on the W est Side of 19th Street, N. E. , and East Price Street, on property belonging to Don W. Wair, so as to in- clude in such "H" Commercial District the hereinafter described territory, which was forrrierly and is presenHY Commerc al DistrR~ict, betland thelsame and that the boundaries of said are hereby established as follows: Situated in the County ci Lamar and State of Texas, being a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey, in City Block No. 220 of the City of Paris, Texas; B EGINNING at a point in the W B line of 19th Str eet NE, E. , AlOnue; 150 feet North of its intershet1WB linetof 19 h1Street, Lamar T H E N C E N o r t h w i t h t feet, the SB line of an alley; ' THENCE West with the SB line of said alley, 90 feet, a stake; THENCE South 110 feet, a stake; THENCE East 90 feet to the place of beginning. Section Z. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to chang of Ord g ance No t 14091t asf a aendedn and accordance with the provisions in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon passage.
