ORDINANCE NO. 1669 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 3, BY DELETING THE LOADING ZONE ON EAST PRICE 5TREET, ON THE SOUTH SIDE THEREOF, IN THE THTRD PARKING SPACE EAST OF NORTH MAIN STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 3, BY CREATING A LOADING ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST PRICE STREET, IN THE FIFTH PARKING 5PACE EAST OF NORTH MAIN STREET, AND AMENDING ORDTNANCE NO. 1406, AKTICLE XXI, SECTION 4, SUBSECTION (d), BY DELETING THE METERED PARKTNG SPACE IN THE FIFTH PARKING SPACE EAST OF NORTH MATN STREET, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST PRICE STREET, AND BY CREATING A METERED PARKING SPACE IN THE THIRD PARKING SPACE EAST OF NORTH MAIN STREET, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST PRICE STR.EET; PROVTDING FOR AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEKEWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, T EXAS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3, "Authorized Loading Zones", be amended, by deleting therefrom the loading zone created therein on the South Side of East Price Street, in the third parking space East o f No rth Main Str e et. Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3, is hereby amended, by creating a loading zone on the South Side of East Price Street in the fifth parking space East of North Main Street. 5ection 3. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 4, Subsection (d) be amended, by deleting the metered parking space in the fifth parking space East of North Main Street on the South Side of East Price Street. Section 4. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, 5ection 4, Subsection (d), is also amended by creating a metered parking space in the third park- ing space East of North Main 5treet, on the South Side of East Price Street. Section 5. This ordinance sha11 become effective immediately upon passage. Section 6. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
