Section 4, The sum of $170, 021. 00 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund for the purpose of paying the accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the water and sewer revenue bonds, and creating the prescribed contingent and reserve funds therefor. Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris.
