ORDINANCE NO. 1676 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN "E" COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT O►N THE WE5T SIDE OF 12TH STREET, S. E. , ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE CITIZEN5 STATE BANK, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIG- NATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "E" CQMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT SQ ESTABLISHED; AND PLACING THE PROPERTY HIlREIN INVOLVED IN THE FIRST FIRE LIMITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1, That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District, be, and the same is hereby established on the West Side of 12th Street, S. E. , on property belonging to the Citizens State Bank, so as to include in such "E" Community Store District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "E" Community Store District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, a part of the L. Rattan 5urvey, situated on the West side of Webb Street, in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and also being Lot No. 10 and part of Lot No. 9, in Block A of the Mayer's Homeplace Addition to said City. BEGINNING at the S. E. corner of said Lot No. 10 a stake in the W. B. line of Webb Street (12th Street S. E.); THENCE North with Webb Street 67 1/2 feet, a stake in the E. B. line of Lot No, 9; THENCE W est through Lot 9, and parallel with the S. B. line 150 feet a stake in the W. B. line of said Lot No. 9; THENC E South with the W. B. line of Lots No s. 9 and 10, 67 1/2 feet to the S. W. corner of Lot No. 10; THENCE East with the S. B. line of Lot No. 10, 150 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the 'Loning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Sectian 3. That the above described property shall be and it is hereby placed in the First Fire Limits of the City of Paris. Section 4. All ordinances and larts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
