<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING QRDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
<br />SECTION 3(c), SUBSECTIQN (3) AUTHORIZED LOADING ZONES, BY DELET-
<br />ING THEREFROM, 1ST STREET, S. W., BETWEEN WE5T AUSTIN STREET
<br />AND WEST SHERMAN STREET, IN THE CENTER OF THE BLQCK, ON THE
<br />EAST SIDE OF 1ST STREET, S. W. , IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF THE
<br />CITY MEAT MARKET; AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1406, ARTICLE
<br />XXI, SECTION 4, METERED PARKING, SUBSECTION (c), BY DELETING
<br />THEREFROM, 1ST STREET, S. W. , ON THE EAST SIDE TF-ZEREOF, BE-
<br />TWEEN WEST AUSTIN-STREET AND WEST SHERMAN STREET, AND BEING
<br />METER NOS. T-59, T-60, AND T-61, AND PLACING IN THE LOADING
<br />ZONE IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF METER NO. T-61 A ONE HOUR PARKING
<br />METER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND REPEALING ALL OR-
<br />DINANCE5 IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />T EXAS:
<br />Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c), Sub-
<br />section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones is hereby amended, by deleting
<br />therefrom, lst Street, S. W., between West Austin Street and West Sherman
<br />Street, in the center of the block, on the East Side of lst Street, S. W, ,
<br />immediately in front of the City Meat Market.
<br />Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 4, "Metered
<br />Parking", Subsection (c), is hereby amended, by deleting therefrom ist 5treet,
<br />S. W. , on the East Side thereof, between West Austin Street and West Sherman
<br />Street, and being Meter Nos. T-59, T-60, and T-61, for the purpose of con-
<br />structing a driveway, all located immediately South of the City Meat Market,_
<br />and there is placed in the Loading Zone immediately North of Meter No, T-61
<br />a one hour parking meter.
<br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
<br />passage.
<br />Section 4, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
<br />are hereby repealed.
