ORDINANGE NO. 1679 AN ORDINAIVCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE5 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BQUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZQNING MAP OF SAID GITY; ESTABLISHING A"G" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CLARKSVILLE STREET ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GLYNN PHILLIPS,, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; DESIGNAT- ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "G" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ..ESSTAB- LISHED; AND PLACTNG THE PROPERTY HEREIIV i1VVQLVED IN THE FIRST FIRE LI1v1ITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are here'by changed, and that a"G" Comrrrercial District, be, and the same is hereby established on the North Side of Clarksville Street, on property belonging to Glynn Phillips, so as to include in such "G" Commercial District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "G" Commercial District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated in Lamar Countya Texas, within the corporate limits of the City of ParisD and being all of Lot 26 and part of Lot 259 in Block No, A of Johnson Woods Estate, or 154 feet fronting on Clark;sville Street, with a depth of 140 feet fronting on Johnson Woods Drive. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Parisp be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zonizig .Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of. Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordita, nce. Sectian 3. That the above described property shall be and it is hereby placed in the First Fire Limits of the City of Paris. Section 4. A11 ordinances and parts of ardinan.ces in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. 5ection 5. This ordinance shall becume effective immediately upon passage.
