ORDINANCE NO. 1682 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY QF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHA.NGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF 5AID CITY; E5TABLISHING AN "I" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CLEMENT ROAD, ON PROPERTY BE- LONGING TO A. J. VARNER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNAT- ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "I" LIGHT INDUSTRIA.L DISTRICT SO ES- TABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY QF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the Cityof Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an "I" Light Industrial District, be, and the same is hereby established on the North Side of Clement Road, on property belonging to A. J. Varner, so as to include in such "I" Light Industrial District the hereinafter described pro- perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries of said "I" Light Industrial District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being a part of the Redding Russell Survey, and being located on the North Side of Clement Road, and being a tract 100 feet square, near the South East Corner of the tract described in deed from Republic Insurance Company to A. J. Varner. Section 2, That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
