ORDINANCE NO. 1694 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 2, AND ORDINANCE NO. 1652, 5ECTION l, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CLARKSVILLE STREET, BETWEEN THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF 8TH STREET9 S. E. AND THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF IOTH STREET, S. E.', AND PROVIDING THAT PARKING MAY BE HAD THEREON BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6:00 O'CLC?CK A. M. AND 11:30 O'CLOCK A. M. ON SUNDAY OF EACH W EEK; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THECITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1, That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2. and Ordinance No. 1652, Section l, Subdivision (a), is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) That all parking is hereby prohibited at all hours, except between the hours of 6:00 0Iclock A. M. and 11:30 o'clock A. M. on Sunday of each week, on the North Side of Clarksville Street, from the East Boundary Line of 8th Street, S. E. to the W est Boundary Line of l Oth Street, S. E. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby ex.pressly repealed. Section 3. Any person, firms or corporation who violates the above provision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction therefor shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Two Hundred ($200. 00) Dollars. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage and its publication as required by law. Passed and adopted this 28th day of Se~ptember, A.
