ORDINANCE NO, 1697 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXASy AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN "F" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT OPN A TRACT 20 FEET WIDE AND 36 FEET LONG IN THE NORTHERN PART OF PARIS ON THE 50UTH SIDE OF LOOP 286 ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO HETTIE SMITH LUTHER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FQRMER- LY DE5IGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1122; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIE5 OF THE "F" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l, That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Orcfimances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an "F" Commercial District, under Ordinance No. 1409, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract 20 feet wide and 36 feet long in the Northern part of Paris on the South Side of Loop 286 on property belonging to Hettie Smith Luther, so as to include in such "F" Commercial District, the hereinafter de- scribed ter'ritory, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residential District under Ordinance No, 1122, and that the boundaries of said "F" Commercial District, under Ordinance No. 1409, be, and the same are hereby established as foliows: TRACT 1: Being a tract located on the South Side of Loop 286 at the North West Corner portion of the City of Paris, and being in the North East Corner of a tract of land owned by Hettie Smith Luther and being immediately West of the North West Corner of a tract of land owned by Campbell Soup Company, and being airact 20 x 36 feet in said area. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. 5ection 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
