E., ON PROPER TY BELONGIlVG TQ GEORGE SOLOMON„ SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- NA TED AS A RESIDEN TIAL DIS TRIC T; DESIGNA TING THE B E?UNI?ARIES OF THE "G" COMMERCIAL DISTRIC T SO ESTABLISHED; AND PLACING THE PROPERTY HEREIlV INVOLVED IN THE FIRST FIRE LIMITS, BE IT ORI}AINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL C1F THE CITY OF PARIS: Section le That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a"G" Commercial I?istrict be, and the same is hereby established on a~ot belonging to George Solomon, which lot is described as follows; Situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Ratta.n Survey, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. BEGINNING 63 ft, North with the intersection of the EB line of 16th Street S. E. with the NB line of Clarksville Street; THENCE North with the EB line of 16th Street S. E. 140. 5 ft., a stake; THENCE East 148. 5 ft. a stake with the WB line of 17th Street S.E.; THENCE South with WB line of 17th Street S. E. 150, 5 ft. the NE corner of a tract heretofore conveyed to Socony Mobil Qil Company, Inc, THENCE yPest with the NB line of said Socony Mobil Qil Company, Inc. tract 147. 1 ft. to the place of beginning. Section Z. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Ma,p of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No, 1409, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. That all of the above described property shall be and it is hereby placed in the First Fire Limits of the City of Paris. Section 4. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immedia.tely upon passage.
