ORDINA,NCE NO. 1539 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC TION 3 OF ORDINANGE NO. 1420; REMOVING AND EXCLUDING FROM THE "FIRST FIRE LIMITS" A LOT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF GRAND AVENUE, BEING A LOT 131. 7 FEET FRONTING ON GRAND AVENUE AND EXTENDING NORTH 108 FEET, AND BELONGING TO THE FIRST PRE5BYTERIAN CHURCH OF PARIS, TEXAS; CORRECTING THE PRESENT FIR.E LIMITS MAP IN ACCORD- ANCE THEREWITH; AND REPEALING ALL ORI?INANCES IN CONFLICT THE REWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l, That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1420 be, and the same is hereby amended, so as to remove and exclude from the "First Fire Limits" of the City of Paris, Texas, the following described property: A~, Be~ginning at a point in the North Boundary Line of Grand Avenue, at the South West Corner of a lot belonging to Gene Belew; Thence West with the North Boundary Line of Grand Avenue, 131. 7 feet to the South East Corner of a lot belonging to Wayne Anderson; Thence North with the East Boundary Line of the Wayne Anderson lot, 108 feet, a corner; Thence East 131. 7 feet to the West Boundary Line of property belonging to Gene Belew; Thence 5outh 108 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the tract of land hereinbefore described be, and the same is hereby removed and excluded from the "First Fire Limits of the City of Paris, Texas, as the same now exists, and that the City Engineer be, and he is hereby , authorized and directed to change the present Fire Limits Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the pro- visions of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately. Section 4. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Passed and adopted this l Oth day of April, A.
