ORDINANCE NO. 1547 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDIlVG ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4. (c), BY ADDING THERETO ONE - 60 MINUTE METER.ED PARKING SPACE ON THE SOUTH SIDE, AND IMMEDIATELY EAST OF 1ST STREET, S. E,, ON CLARKSVILLE STREET, AND BY ADDING THERETO ONE METERED PARKING SPACE ON THE WEST SIDE OF 2ND STREET, S. Eo, FROM CLARK.SVILLE STREET TO AN ALLEY; REPEALAVG ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; i'ROVTDING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLA TION; AND PROVIDING FQR AN EFFEC TIVE DA TE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1'ARZS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 4. (c), 1160 Minute Metered Parking", be amended by adding thereto, the South Side of Clarksville Street, imme diately East of 1 st Street, S. E. , one - 60 minute metered parking space. That said section be further amended by adding thereto, on 2nd Street, S. E. , the West Side thereof, between Clarksville Street and an alley, one - 60 minute metered parking spa.ce. Section Z. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. The penalty provided for in Ordinance No. 1406 for over parking is declared to be the penalty for over parking in said areas. Section 4.
