Tne Ci~-y of Paris shall hav~ therigh~t and power at any <br />time to Ulter, reform, or amend the rights, privileges, and franchise <br />granted nerein. <br />Sectic,ri 3. The rzgh4 . is reserved to the City of Paris to lay, con- <br />struct, and maintairi, sewer, water, and otner mains, pipes, and conduits <br />under and across the right of way of the Texas and PJew Orleans Railroad <br />Company, its successors and assiqns, at all street intersections and on and <br />along said Pacific Av~nue, with power to the Ci;,y of Faris to enter upon <br />such ric;ht of way for such purposcs, due royarci and care always to be had <br />by the and its employecs for the railxoad i.racks, equipment, and property <br />of tiie Texas and ivow u rleans Railroad Company, its successors and assigns, to <br />-cne end i,hat same shall not be impaired, injured, or its use as a railroad <br />interfered with, and in the event the construction and operation of said <br />raiiroad shall interfere witl: the Gity sewer liries or water lines as now <br />constructed and laid, along said Pacazic Avenue, the sa:ne shali be re-laid <br />and repaired under the direczion of the City Council of the City of Paris <br />and tr, its satisfaction, at the expense of ~ne said railroad comparfy, its <br />succassors and assiyns, and at no cost to the City of Pariso <br />Section 4.
